A heterogeneous equipment fleet — unified on one platform

Real infrastructure is a heterogeneous fleet of equipment spanning generations and vendors: controllers with no open documentation, closed protocols, proprietary buses and legacy systems that "won’t connect" through standard tooling. We work these interfaces out at the protocol level, build our own integration drivers and bring scattered data sources onto a single monitoring platform.

Where other integrators stop at "the equipment isn’t supported," we see the integration through — analysing the exchange, reconstructing telemetry formats and writing our own drivers. The result: the entire fleet is observed from one pane of glass, with no need to replace working hardware.

A unified monitoring platform for a data-center operator

A heterogeneous fleet of engineering equipment — UPS, cooling, gensets, environmental sensors — from many vendors. Some devices ran closed protocols: there was no single picture of infrastructure health.

We worked out the closed exchange formats, wrote drivers for each class of equipment and brought everything onto one platform with real-time dashboards and alerting.

A turnkey monitoring platform for a 50-rack data center

task

The customer needed more than an off-the-shelf system: their own platform with a real-time picture of engineering systems, power mimic diagrams and integration with external NMS — at a reaction speed out of reach for classic once-a-minute polling.

solution

We built the platform from scratch: a real-time HMI with interactive mimic diagrams and device cards, an API, high-frequency Modbus/SNMP polling and our own SNMP agent with a generated MIB for outbound integration.

result

A 50-rack data center watched by a purpose-built platform: 1,400+ new values per second — from the floor plan down to per-breaker phase currents.

We are an engineering team that takes on monitoring and integration tasks where no off-the-shelf solution exists. We connect heterogeneous equipment, integrate devices with closed protocols and build turnkey monitoring systems — from site survey through to in-service support.

The approach is built on in-house software and electronics of our own design, deployed inside the client’s perimeter (on-prem): data stays within the infrastructure, with no dependence on external clouds. Deep engineering expertise lets us drive integration to a result even where others stop at "not supported."
